One of the things I value most about this community is the quality of people who show up here — leaders, thinkers, and practitioners who are doing the real work of growing themselves and the people around them.

That’s exactly why I want to try something new.

I’m opening up All-In Adaptive Leadership Insights to guest contributors — and I’d love for that to start with you as a member of the All-In subscriber membership.

Here’s the idea: if you write a Substack (or any publication) that covers leadership, personal growth, organizational culture, or adjacent topics, let’s swap. You write a piece for my audience, and I’ll write one for yours. It’s a simple way for both of us to reach new readers who are already primed for what we have to say.

What I’m looking for in a guest post:

• A practical, experience-based perspective on leadership or growth

• Your authentic voice — no ghostwritten or AI-generated content

• Roughly 500–800 words
